One of Pemberton’s biggest events of the summer is the Slow Food Cycle. People arrive from all over the Sea to Sky Corridor and the Lower mainland to participate. The Slow Food Cycle is a fun social event that starts just outside of town on Pemberton Meadows Road and travels as far as 25km up the Pemberton Valley. Farmers and artisans open up their farms along the route to allowing people to eat local produce, local beef, coffee and art.
As many as 5000 people participated last year. The Slow Food Cycle is a fun family event and not to be missed. For more information check out the links below.
